Refund policy



We at Drag It want you to love every piece you order from us. However, if something doesn’t work
out, our return & exchange process is designed to be simple and transparent.


Returns (Self-Shipping Only)
•  Customers may raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.
•  Returned items must be sent to our warehouse via self-shipping only:

•  Please ensure the package is securely packed and clearly mentions your Order ID and
registered mobile number.
•  Items must be in unused condition with original tags and packaging intact.
•  Once received, the product(s) will undergo a quality check. After approval:
•  Prepaid orders: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 1-2
working days.
•  COD orders: Refunds are transferred to the bank account shared by the customer
within 10–12 working days.
•  Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
•  We recommend using India Post Speed Post for reliable shipping.


Exchanges (Reverse Pickup Available)
•  For size or product exchanges, we arrange a reverse pickup (where service is available).
•  A reverse shipment fee of ₹100 per order will be applicable.
•  Pick-up will be attempted twice. If unsuccessful, customers will need to self-ship the item.
•  Once the returned product passes QC, your replacement will be dispatched.


Important Notes
•  COD handling fee of ₹100 is non-refundable.
•  Refunds will not be issued if returned products are received in poor condition, used, or
without original tags/packaging.
•  Bank account details for COD refunds must be accurate, as Drag It will not be responsible
for errors.
•  In case you receive an SMS/email showing your order as “Delivered” but you haven’t
received it, please notify us within 24 hours.
•  Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been dispatched from our warehouse.
